1. Introduction

Welcome to BlackSea.rent. By accessing or using our website or renting GPU from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Service Description

2.1 GPU Rental

Users rent GPU machines for fixed tenures. After successful payment, the machine is deployed in our secure data center and used for compute operations including AI/ML workloads, rendering tasks, and cloud compute processing.

2.2 Managed Hosting

All hardware is fully owned and maintained by BlackSea.rent. Users do not receive physical or direct remote access. Workloads are allocated automatically based on demand and operational requirements.

2.3 Monthly Earnings

Each GPU generates monthly compute income. Users receive a fixed percentage of net profits, displayed in their dashboard. Earnings depend on market demand, utilization, and operational factors. Returns vary monthly and are not guaranteed.

3. Payments & Pricing

Plans begin at ₹2000 depending on GPU model and tenure. All payments become non-refundable once the plan is activated. Prices may change in future, but active plans remain unaffected. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

4. Earnings, Withdrawals & Payout Policy

Monthly earnings are credited to the user dashboard. Payouts may be requested only after completion of the selected plan duration. Withdrawals are processed within 3–7 working days. Earnings displayed are net values after applicable taxes and operational deductions.

5. No Guarantee of Income

GPU returns depend heavily on demand, compute market conditions, and operational loads. BlackSea.rent does not guarantee any fixed monthly profits. This service is a compute rental model, not an investment scheme.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and payment information.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Avoid fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of referral programs.
• Not attempt unauthorized access or abuse system infrastructure.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect user information necessary for account management, transactions, and legal compliance. Data is not shared with outsiders except payment processors or government authorities when required. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Referral Program

Referral rewards apply as displayed on our platform. Abuse such as fake accounts or manipulation will lead to cancellation of rewards and may result in account suspension. The Company may modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

9. Service Availability

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, hardware replacement, or external network issues. The Company is not responsible for downtime beyond its control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or policy misuse. Users may request account deletion at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

BlackSea.rent is not responsible for financial losses, expected earnings, or impacts caused by market fluctuations. Our maximum liability is limited to the plan amount paid by the user.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
